Where we share personal information with service providers, we require them through contracts and/or applicable terms to process it for authorized purposes and to provide protections consistent with this Policy, applicable law, and platform requirements.
6. Advertising, Tracking, and Your Choices
Where required, we obtain consent before using data for personalized advertising or tracking. Depending on your device and region, choices may be available through an in-game consent interface, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, device privacy or advertising settings, and the controls offered by the relevant provider.
Choosing non-personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertising. See our Privacy Choices page.
7. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- Analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, hosting, security, advertising, mediation, email, and support providers for the purposes described above.
- Apple, Google, and other platform or payment providers for distribution, purchases, platform features, fraud prevention, and support.

- A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or measurement activities may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar concepts under some privacy laws. Where required, we provide consent or opt-out choices.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including operating and securing the Services, completing purchases, responding to requests, complying with law, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the data category, provider configuration, legal requirements, and whether the data has been aggregated or de-identified.
- Support and privacy correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and document our response.
- Analytics, attribution, advertising, and diagnostic data is retained according to our configured provider settings and operational needs, then deleted or aggregated.
- Transaction and accounting records may be retained for periods required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection, or fraud-prevention law.
- Backups may retain deleted information for a limited period until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information under our control, use our Privacy Choices page or email contact@staggiegames.com. We may request information needed to verify and locate your data. Data managed solely by Apple, Google, or another platform provider must be managed through that provider’s account and privacy controls.

Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms, contractual safeguards, and other measures required by applicable data-protection law.
