Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of games, websites, and related services provided by STAGGIE GAMES YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Staggie Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where required.
2. Limited License
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules. No ownership rights are transferred.
3. Platform Profiles and Saves
We do not currently provide a standalone Staggie Games account. A Service may use Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, local device saves, or other platform functionality. Platform profiles and credentials are controlled by the relevant platform provider.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, use unauthorized software, or interfere with fair play.
- Reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Harass others, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, or misuse social or platform features.
- Attempt to access systems, data, accounts, or functionality without authorization.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or platform rules.
5. Virtual Items and Purchases
A Service may offer virtual currency, items, passes, or other digital content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world cash value, and may not be transferred or exchanged outside the Service unless we expressly permit it. Purchases and refunds are processed under the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
A Service may include advertising, links, platform integrations, or third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update, balance, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service, including features and Virtual Items, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, compromise security or fair play, create legal risk, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, art, characters, text, audio, designs, trademarks, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Staggie Games and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanently available operation. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Staggie Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Services. Any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules that apply in your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice where required.
